Shipping Policy

 

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 days of placement.

  • Orders are delivered as per the estimated delivery date, which depends on the delivery PIN code. You can check the estimated delivery date before checkout.

  • In the event of any issues or discrepancies with the product, customers must request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Upon receiving the customer’s query, the Artivibe team will assess the details of the case and initiate the redressal process.

  • Customers will not be charged for any replacement costs, provided the issue falls under our replacement policy.

Pay on Delivery

Purchases made via Pay on Delivery (POD) on www.hullofood.com (the "Site") are subject to the exclusive Pay on Delivery Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms are separate from and supplementary to the Site's standard Terms & Conditions.

  • Eligibility and Fees: Pay on Delivery (POD) is available across all products sold on www.hullofood.com. However, a convenience fee of ₹50 will be charged for all POD orders.

  • Confirmation and Dispatch: Before dispatching POD orders, Hullo  conducts a  confirmation with the customer via WhatsApp or email. 

  • Service Area: POD services are restricted to select serviceable pin codes.

  • Payment Terms: Payment must be made upon receipt of the order, before inspecting the package or signing the delivery sheet. Only cash & UPI payments are accepted; Cheques, Demand Drafts, store credit, or E-vouchers are not accepted.

  • Returns and Refunds: Products purchased via POD are eligible for replacement after a detailed review by the Hullo  support team. The Rs 50/- convenience fee is non-refundable.

  • Order Issues: If an order is undeliverable after reasonable attempts, the customer’s account may be reviewed and restricted from placing further POD orders.

  • Policy Updates: Hullo  reserves the right to update the POD Terms & Conditions at any time.
