Replacement/Exchange Policy

 

Artivibe Crafts Private Limited (Hullo) is dedicated to providing the highest quality products to our valued customers. In the event of any complaints regarding product quality or defects, customers can request grievance redressal by emailing us at customercare@hullofood.com

1. Replacement Costs

Customers will not be charged for return shipping or replacement costs when the issue is due to product quality or defects.

2. Product Exchange & Damage Claims

Purchases made through our online store cannot be returned once purchased. However, we offer full replacement/exchange for products that may have been damaged during transit. Replacement orders are processed promptly once our customer support team verifies the damage through email or phone communication.

Important: Replacement orders will be processed only if the query is raised within 7 days of receipt of the order. Any concerns raised beyond this period will not be entertained.

3. Order Cancellation Terms

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at customercare@hullofood.com. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-10 business days.
